Common setup problems

I cannot see Projects / New project.Make sure you are signed into ChatGPT and open/expand the sidebar. Projects are created from the sidebar. On managed work accounts, your organisation may control which features are available.
The downloaded .md file opens as text instead of downloading. That is okay. On phone, use Share / Save to Files / Download. You need the actual file saved on your device so you can upload it to the Project.
I cannot find where to upload the source files.Open the TikTok Command Centre Project first. Look for its Sources area, Add source, +, or Upload files. Make sure you are not inside a normal chat outside the Project.
I cannot find Project Instructions.Inside your Project, open the more options menu (•••), then choose Project settings. Project Instructions live there.
The Copy button did not work.Open the downloadable TXT version instead, select all the text manually, copy it, then paste it into ChatGPT.
ChatGPT says it cannot see the source files.Check that the chat is inside the TikTok Command Centre Project and that all three file names appear in the Project's source list.
I only want the PDF guide. That is completely fine. The PDF is a standalone version of the system. You can always return and set up ChatGPT later.
I accidentally closed this page.Open index.html again (or revisit the hosted page). Your step completion is stored locally on the same device/browser where possible.
